This Cookie Policy explains how CreativeSoul Photography uses cookies and similar technologies on creativesoulphoto.com (the "Site"), what each one does, and how to control them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. It lets the site remember things between page loads, such as what is in your cart or whether you already dismissed a banner.

These keep the Site working. They cannot be turned off through our banner, and the Site will not function correctly without them.

No analytics cookies or analytics tags are currently active on the Site. Our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as the requested page, browser information, IP address, and request time, for security, reliability, and troubleshooting. We do not currently use those logs to build visitor profiles.
If we add an analytics service later, we will update this policy and connect it to the consent controls before the service begins collecting optional analytics data.
No advertising pixel, retargeting tag, or ManyChat website widget is currently installed on the Site. Visiting this Site does not currently add your browser to a CreativeSoul retargeting audience.
CreativeSoul maintains accounts on third-party platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. If you interact with us on those platforms, their own privacy and cookie policies apply. If we add Site-based advertising technology later, we will update this policy and require the appropriate consent before it loads.
These improve the experience but are not required. They are optional.

The first time you visit, a banner lets you save your cookie preferences. At launch, the Site does not load analytics or advertising trackers. The controls are in place so optional tools cannot be added later without a consent path.
Your choice is stored for 12 months.
Click Cookie Settings in the Site footer at any time to change your preferences. Changes take effect immediately for new cookies. Cookies already on your device stay until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

Blocking all cookies will break parts of the Site, including booking and checkout.
If you interact with CreativeSoul through Instagram, Facebook, Shopify, Acuity Scheduling, Vimeo, or another third-party service, use that service's privacy and advertising settings to control information handled on its platform. Those controls are separate from this Site's cookie settings.
Browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal, but there is no agreed standard for how sites should respond, and we do not currently respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals where our platform supports them, treating them as an opt-out of advertising cookies.
The Site, inquiry forms, and links to booking and checkout continue to work. Embedded or linked third-party services may apply their own cookies when you choose to use them. Because no analytics or advertising trackers are active on the Site today, declining those categories does not remove any current Site feature.

We update this policy when we add or remove tools. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. If we add a new category of cookie, the banner will reappear and ask for your choice again.
