Unfortunately we are only shipping to the USA at this time.

Returns

If you don’t love it, return it. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Unfortunately sale items and guest artist prints are final sale. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from the CreativeSoul Art Store.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective in some way we offer a hassle-free process to speed replacement. Here’s how:

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged) within 15 days of the purchase date.
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to shop@creativesoulphoto.com. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you’d like a replacement or a refund.
  3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
  4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.

Sale Items and Guest Artist Prints

Unfortunately, sale items and guest artist prints are final sale and cannot be refunded.
